30-Day Returns

Eligible products purchased from Liberty Coin Exchange may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must:

  • Be unused.
  • Remain sealed in original packaging.
  • Include certificates and original materials.
  • Include proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

The following cannot be returned:

  • Coins removed from protective packaging.
  • Products that have been damaged, cleaned, or modified.
  • Personalized items.
  • Final sale products.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please notify Liberty Coin Exchange within 7 days if your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect.

Include:

  • Order number.
  • Product photos.
  • Packaging photos if available.

Our support team will review your request and determine the appropriate solution.

Refund Policy

After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Liberty Coin Exchange pays return shipping only when the return results from our mistake or a defective item.

All other approved returns require customers to cover shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing.

Once shipped, orders fall under this Return Policy.
